πŸ“š The Quraan O Sunnah Hifz System

Our Hifz system is based on the traditional Sabaq + Sabqi + Manzil method β€” the same system used in renowned madrasas of Pakistan and the Arab world. This three-tier approach ensures nothing is ever forgotten.

  1. 1
    Assessment & Tajweed Correction

Before memorization begins, any Tajweed mistakes are corrected so the student memorizes with correct pronunciation from day one.

  2. 2
    Daily Sabaq (New Lesson)

A new portion assigned daily β€” typically 3–5 lines β€” memorized during the class session with teacher supervision and audio support.

  3. 3
    Sabqi (Recent Revision)

Revision of the last 7 days' lessons at the start of every class to strengthen recent memorization before moving forward.

  4. 4
    Manzil / Dhor (Old Revision)

Systematic revision of all previously memorized portions β€” typically 1–2 Juz at a time β€” so nothing is ever forgotten.

  5. 5
    Monthly Progress Review

A comprehensive review with parents β€” pages memorized, retention quality, upcoming monthly goals and any areas needing extra attention.

  6. 6
    Ijazah Evaluation & Certificate

Upon completing the full Quran, a formal recitation test leads to an authentic Ijazah certificate with unbroken chain to the Prophet ο·Ί.

❓ Common Questions

What age can children start Hifz? +
Children can start Hifz from age 7–8 when they can read the Quran fluently with Tajweed. We recommend completing our Tajweed course first. Many of our students begin at age 8–10 and complete Hifz by 12–14.
Can adults memorize the Quran? +
Yes, absolutely! While children tend to memorize faster, many of our adult students have successfully completed Hifz. We adjust the pace and lesson size according to each student's capacity and schedule.
How long does it take to complete Hifz? +
Most students complete Hifz in 2–4 years depending on their age, memory ability, and consistency. Children aged 8–12 who practice daily typically finish in 2–2.5 years. Adults may take 3–5 years.
What if my child misses classes? +
We understand life happens! Makeup classes can be arranged. However, consistency is extremely important for Hifz. We strongly encourage attending all 5 classes per week and maintaining daily revision at home.
